What if I need to change my order?
Call us directly at (707) 546-7522 for any updates to your order information. Otherwise email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like to include another special note or change anything with your order. During business hours we will generally respond to you within sixty minutes of your request.
What if my request is out of season or unavailable? Do you make substitutions?
Occasionally, even on a local delivery, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain vessels or glassware may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
What if my flowers die?
We deal in a perishable product and take every measure to ensure that our flowers stay their freshest. Most varieties should last between five and seven days. If this is not the case, we stand behind our product and our service 100%. If you are not satisfied please do not hesitate to call for a return, re-delivery or refund. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I send flowers anonymously?
If the recipient contacts us, it is our company policy to disclose the sender's identity.
What time will my flowers be delivered?
We are happy to arrange delivery times within a window of about an hour and will do our best to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that we are open (and available to deliver) between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please specify if morning delivery is preferred.
